How You Receive Your Files:

Within 5–10 minutes, a message containing your download link is sent to the address you provided. Haven’t spotted it? Peek in your spam or promotions folder just in case.

Troubleshooting: contact us at support@caring4yourcat.com (include your order number) if:

- The download link never arrived

- The file won’t open or seems corrupted

- You mistakenly deleted the confirmation email

We’ll resend or replace your files as quickly as possible.

No Physical Shipments
