Refund Policy

At Caring4YourCat, we design and deliver digital resources to help you give your feline friends the very best care. Because our products are instantly accessible once purchased, we’re unable to offer standard refunds or exchanges.
Digital Products
All sales are final. After a file (e-books, care guides, printable trackers, etc.) is delivered, it cannot be returned or refunded. If you run into a problem—such as a download failure or receiving the incorrect file—reach out right away so we can make it right.
Exceptions
A refund or replacement may be granted only in the situations below:
- You accidentally placed an identical order twice
- The file is corrupted or will not open after basic troubleshooting
- You were sent the wrong product
To request an exception, email support@caring4yourcat.com within 7 days of purchase. Include your order number and a brief description of the issue so we can investigate quickly.
